With our collection for indoor and outdoor use we give our tubular steel classics the opportunity to present themselves in any weather. Selected icons from the Bauhaus era, including chairs S 33 and S 34 by Mart Stam, the side table B 9 and the lounge chair S 35 by Marcel Breuer and the cantilever chair S 533 by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe have received a makeover and are now weather-resistant and beautiful companions outdoors as well thanks to a special technology. The models can be flexibly designed and used, not least because of the large palette of colours for frames and mesh that can be individually combined. In the sun or rain, on the terrace or balcony, in the winter garden or dining room – our new collection is a real eye-catcher in any season.
We have compiled various materials for your personal outdoor model. The seat and backrest are made of resilient mesh, and the seat mesh can be retightened if needed with stretching brackets underneath. For even more comfort, we also offer fitting cushions. Armrests in various materials round off the model’s overall appearance. The ThonetProtect® coating makes our frames robust and durable under all weather conditions.
For the tables B 9 a-d and B 97 a-b of our “Thonet All Seasons” collection we offer insert panels made of high-quality glass. Model S 1040 is available with Iroko.
