We were very pleased with the absolutely positive feedback for our trade fair presentation and the exhibited products. A ramp enclosed the sidewalls of the booth, and the highlights of our program were placed on top of it. In the central floor level area we presented our new products. James Irvine designed the booth for us.

In our program for a short time and presented to a broad public for the first time in Milan – the tables were enthusiastically received. Their clear design, the well-balanced proportions and the quality of the materials and processing are convincing. The size of the extending table with insert panels is unusual; the table length of 220 cm can be easily turned into a large table with 265 or 310 cm length.

150th anniversary of our
bentwood classic No. 214
Re-edition of children's chair 14 K. At the occasion of the anniversary we are re-editing the children's chair version of this classic. The design was made around 1860 when Thonet manufactured a large variety of children's furniture. Now, we produce the small classic in a traditional way with a wicker cane seat or plywood seat varnished in various colors.
