The German Privacy Law (BDSG) prescribes in §4g that the data protection commissioner has to make the following information available to everybody in an appropriate way according to §4e.

   To fulfill the purpose listed under item 4, relevant personal data is collected, processed and used about the below groups of individuals:
   Customer data (address data, contract data) 
   Personal data for the administration by employees or external staff
   Business partner data (address data, contract data)
   Supplier data (address data, contract data)

6. Recipients or categories of recipients who may be informed about the data
   Public offices in the case of preceding legal rules (e.g., social insurance carriers, authorities), external contractors in compliance with §11 BDSG and external bodies and internal departments of THONET GmbH to fulfill the purposes listed under item 4.
   

7. Mandatory periods for the deletion of data
   The legislator has enacted diverse obligations and periods of storage. Upon the conclusion of these periods the pertaining data can be deleted provided they are no longer required for fulfillment of the contract or entrepreneurial purposes, or are no longer necessary due to legal requirements.

8. Planned data transaction to third party states
   Transaction of data to third party states is not planned.
   

9. Data
   The security of the data that is submitted to us via the Internet cannot be guaranteed. However, we guarantee that the data received is used and processed only according to purpose and in compliance with the clauses of the German Privacy Law (BDSG).
