Häberli and Marchand Alfredo Häberli and Christophe Marchand studied industrial design at the Zurich Design College and founded Studio Häberli & Marchand Design and Development in 1993. They provide of long-standing experience as lecturers, exhibition designers and product designers for important companies. Since 2000 they have been operating their own studios for product development. Their Thonet table S 1080 “move it” was awarded in 1998 by the Design Center Stuttgart, the Design Center Northrhine Westphalia, and IF Hanover.
